The Mid Life Opportunity Coaching Intensive. Three 1:1 conversations. One honest answer. A 90-day plan you'll actually run.
You don't want less work. You want the chaos to be yours.
Psychologist Abraham Maslow described something he called the Jonah Complex: we can be as afraid of our own potential as we are of failure. High achievers are especially good at it. We keep the throttle on and call it being responsible.
Here's what I've seen sitting across from people doing this work. The thing holding them back is almost never the thing they walked in worried about. It's a skill they've stopped counting, a want they keep hedging, or a pattern they've been standing on so long they can't see it anymore.
You can't catch your own blind spot. That's what makes it a blind spot.
My workbook, Conquering Change, gives you the map. This program puts someone in the passenger seat who notices when you keep taking the same exit.
Session 1: Initiate. "Where are you, really?"
We map four things: what gives you energy, what you're good at (including what you don't count as a skill), what the people around you rely on you for, and what you get paid for. Then I ask the question most people have never answered out loud: What do you actually want? Not the responsible answer. The one you'd only say in the car.
You leave with: your Snapshot page, in your own handwriting, and a copy of Conquering Change.
Session 2: Design. "What's actually in the way?"
We put your real week on The Permission Matrix. We sort out what's Non-Negotiable, what's The Real Work, what's just The Fire Drill, and what you need to Let It Go. Then we have the conversation underneath it: why the thing you want might scare you more than the thing you have.
You leave with: one goal, in your own words, that you've finally said out loud.
Session 3: Implement. "What happens Monday?"
We build your 30/60/90 plan: quick wins, needle movers, and game changers. Then we run a pre-mortem. It's day 45 and you've stalled. What happened? We build the fix before that story gets a chance to come true.
You leave with: a plan, a first move with a date on it, and your own words to read back when the doubt shows up.

I spent 15 years in HR. I was in the room for the promotions, the terminations, the budget calls, and the "we're restructuring" meetings. I've coached more than 200 leaders. And I can tell you with total confidence: corporate is not that serious. Your life is.
I watched my dad give 45 years to his career. Then, in a two-year stretch, I became a father, spent 285 days recovering from an accident, and learned his cancer was terminal. One morning I decided I was done waiting. I took the tools I'd used to build development plans for other people and pointed them at my own life.
I'm not selling you a before-and-after. I'm a few steps ahead of you on the same road, and I know where the potholes are.
It's not "quit your job" coaching. You don't have to blow up a stable life to start living a more honest one. Small, honest changes count, and they're usually the ones that stick.
It's not HR. Y'all are right: HR works for the company. This works for you.
It's not therapy. If something comes up that needs more than a coach, I'll tell you straight.
It's not a pep talk. You'll get honesty, delivered with care. You tell me in Session 1 how direct you want me to be.
It is if you're good at what you do, quietly unsure it's what you're for, and ready to spend three hours being honest about it.
It isn't if you want someone to hand you the answer, you're in crisis and need clinical support, or you're looking for a reason to burn it all down this week.
What if I don't know what I want?
Good. That's what Session 1 is for. Most people walk in with a vague feeling and walk out with a sentence.
How much time does this take?
Three hours in session, plus small homework between them. Think noticing, not overhauling.
Do I need to read the workbook first?
No. Every session stands on its own. The workbook deepens the work between sessions.
In person or virtual?
Virtual is ideal, but can be in person if we find out we are in the same area!
What happens after Session 3?
You'll have a plan you can run on your own. [If you'd like support along the way, ongoing check-ins are available.]
Nothing was wasted. That was the training. Now it's your turn to point it somewhere that's yours.
We don't know each other yet, but know this: I'm rooting for you.
